1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dk132 ("dk132", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dk132 platform accessible at https://dk132.io, including all games, sports betting markets, financial services, promotional offers, and support services made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the dk132 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the dk132 platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on dk132. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are prohibited. If dk132 identifies duplicate accounts held by the same player, all duplicate accounts will be closed, balances in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

3.3 Registration for Personal Use Only

Your dk132 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, place bets or wagers on your behalf, or access your account in any manner. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

dk132 conducts identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) checks in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents before your first withdrawal is processed. dk132 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during your use of the platform.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dk132 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.

You agree to notify dk132 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting [email protected]. dk132 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

dk132 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at dk132's sole discretion.

5.2 Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings on dk132 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dk132 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method provider and any account-level limits applied by dk132.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account-level verification status and the limits of the receiving payment method.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to dk132 are typically processed within one to four hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to two business days for bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. dk132 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dk132 will not process a withdrawal to a payment account that does not match the name on the dk132 account. Any withdrawal found to involve a third-party account will be reversed and the player's account may be suspended.

5.6 Deposited Funds

Funds deposited to dk132 must be used for gaming and betting activity on the platform. dk132 is not a financial services institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds. If you wish to withdraw funds without wagering them, dk132 may at its sole discretion deduct any payment processing fees incurred in connection with the original deposit before releasing the funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

dk132 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dk132 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing equal and opposite bets across accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hedging"); systematically exploiting offers in a manner that is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling. If dk132 determines that a player has abused a bonus, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently suspended.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

dk132 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply unless the modification is required to correct a technical error or prevent ongoing abuse.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets and wagers placed on dk132 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. A bet is accepted only when it is confirmed by dk132's system and a confirmation reference is issued to the player. dk132 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets or markets affected by technical errors.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on dk132 covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, volleyball, and other sports markets available on the platform at any given time. The availability of markets, odds, and live betting features may vary. dk132's decision on the outcome of any sports betting market is final.

7.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino games and live casino tables on dk132 are provided by certified third-party game studios. The rules of each game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. dk132 does not alter the rules of any game provided by a certified studio. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per table or game and are displayed before the player commits any stake.

7.4 Void Bets and Technical Errors

dk132 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or pricing error. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. dk132 is not liable to pay winnings derived from bets placed during a period of technical error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk132. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity or payment account to register or transact on dk132.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bet outcomes in live casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities ("money laundering").
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the dk132 platform, software, or proprietary technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at dk132 staff.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk132 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of dk132 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk132 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the dk132 platform without prior written consent from dk132.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Responsible Gaming
